Used automatically to connect to a domain or manage its users — set once, never typed again. Stored encrypted, and pushed to every registered server's matching superadmin account (creating it there if it doesn't exist yet). "Re-sync now" pushes the already-saved one again — run it after a new server is added.

Who can sign in here
Voice2Net tech staff only. A console account has full access: every server and customer, other console accounts, resellers and the fleet settings. Resellers are listed and deleted on the Resellers tab.

New logins get a temporary password shown once here — the user should change it on first sign-in.
Brands
What customers see instead of Voice2Net: the name, colour and support address on the sign-in pages and inside the portal. The default brand is shown to everyone not covered by another brand. Give a reseller its own brand by picking it in the Brand column on the Resellers tab; every domain that reseller holds then shows that brand inside the portal (within 5 minutes). A brand's own address makes the sign-in page on that address show the brand. The address also needs DNS pointed at this server and a certificate, which staff set up for now.

Reseller accounts
A reseller signs in at portal.phonedesk.ca like anyone else, but only ever sees what you grant them — not the whole fleet. Add the reseller first, then grant a whole server or single domains with Manage domains on their row.

Grant a whole server
Every domain on that server, present and future — provisions a real superadmin account there (same as staff's own fleet-password account), not a per-domain login.
Grant a single domain
Provisions a real tenant_admin login on that one domain automatically, using the reseller's own fleet password (once they've set one) — nothing to type here.
